Privacy policy

What we collect

• Orders and enquiries: your name, email, phone number and message when you buy something, make an offer or ask about an item or installation.
• Accounts: your email address if you create an account to track orders.
• Payments: handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

What we use it for

Fulfilling your order, replying to your enquiry, and arranging collection, delivery or installation. That's it. We don't send marketing emails and we don't sell or share your details with anyone except the services that make the shop work (payment processing via Stripe, hosting via Vercel, data storage via Supabase).

Social media

We post our stock to our Facebook page. If you contact us through Facebook, your messages are handled under Meta's own privacy policy as well as this one. Our systems read and post to our own page only. We don't collect any data about your Facebook account.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we're required to for tax purposes. Enquiries that don't lead to a sale are deleted within 12 months.

Cookies

We only set one essential cookie: it keeps you signed in if you have an account. It's needed for the shop to work and switches off when you sign out. Your basket is kept in your browser's storage, not a cookie. We don't use any analytics or tracking cookies, and we don't run any third-party advertising.

Your rights & data deletion

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email adam@dyas.life and we'll action it within 30 days. If you've used your account or contacted us via Facebook, the same request deletes that data too.
