Who you're buying from

A-Z Traders sells quality ex-display, clearance and surplus stock, with collection from Barry, Vale of Glamorgan.

Prices and payment

The price shown on each listing is the final price you pay, there are no hidden extras added at checkout beyond delivery, if you choose it. Payment is taken in full at checkout by card, processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Collection and delivery

Most items are collection only from Barry, Vale of Glamorgan. Where we offer it, local delivery is available as an option at checkout for an extra fee. Nationwide delivery and installation for bigger items is arranged separately by enquiry and quoted individually; get in touch via our contact page.

Cancelling your order

Online purchases carry a 14 day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our returns & refunds page covers exactly how cancellation, returns and refunds work, including how to let us know.

Faulty or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty or not as described you have the right to a repair, replacement or refund, including the right to reject it within 30 days for a full refund. See our returns & refunds page for the detail.

Complaints

If anything has gone wrong, email us or use our contact page and we'll reply within a few days. We'd always rather sort a problem out directly with you first.

Governing law

These terms, and any contract between us, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. None of this affects your statutory consumer rights.
